Emily Sertic is an accomplished real estate expert with a consistent track record of stellar sales and service. Most recently, she served as Director of Sales at 111 Murray Street, Tribeca's iconic luxury tower developed by a partnership of Fisher Brothers, Witkoff, and New Valley. In addition to her prestigious new development projects, Emily continues to work with valued buyers and sellers over her well-established real estate career. Her dedication to her clients' success is unwavering whether working with an individual client or being entrusted to oversee a billion dollars new development sales. Previously she was Co-Director of Sales at Extell’s ultra-luxurious ONE57 on a team responsible for over $1.6 billion in sales from preconstruction phase through initial closings. Other notable projects include 10 Sullivan Street in Soho and the Gwathmey designed 445 Lafayette in Noho.

Her global knowledge of buyers and sellers and ability to analyze real estate quantitatively and qualitatively make Emily invaluable to her clients, and an asset to Douglas Elliman as it continues to expand its new development portfolio. In 15 years in real estate, she has marketed and sold luxury properties in Manhattan’s most prominent buildings including 15 CPW, 150 Charles, 10 Sullivan, One Beacon Court, and the Time Warner buildings. Emily began her career at a commercial firm specializing in tenant representations, then moved to residential new development sales in 2005 representing 445 Lafayette, a Gwathmey designed building.

Repeat and referral clients comprise most of Emily’s business, which is built on integrity, professionalism, discipline, and commitment to her clients. A New York City resident for the past 15 years, she is of Canadian descent and has traveled the world extensively throughout Europe and Asia. Emily is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a B.S. in Business. She balances her busy work life with tennis, yoga, theater, and mountain excursions; plus, she gives back as an avid supporter of St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
