Eric has followed through on every initiative with the sale of our home, he is available at all times and his response/timing is excellent. Eric has provided us sound advice and monitors each step of the process, while providing updates. Eric put together a drone video of the home and a very professional handout, he has excellent resources and even helped us find our next home! We have been very comfortable throughout the process and would recommend Eric to anyone that wants to sell their home, or find a new one, we plan to use him in the future when we sell our next property!

worked with Eric Berger, SibcyCline Realty.... very nice person to work with on finding and purchasing a home ........we had so many problems and delay and delays and then the virus delayed things again..... but Eric stuck with us thru "thick and thin" and delays. never did Eric show any out of patience or say anything to us to make us feel like a bother. He was always polite. respectful. cheerful and helpful...... super nice guy. I would recommend him 10 times over....this company is privileged to have such a good employee. and when bonus and awards get passed. I would not pass over this employee.
