Eric Buyes

Originally from New Jersey, Eric made a decision to head south to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida. He can honestly say that it was one of the BEST decisions he has ever made! Since 2007, Orlando has been his home and he is so privileged he gets to help people put down roots here in the “City Beautiful”. There have been many parts of town that he has resided in, allowing Eric to share knowledge and give expert recommendations on any neighborhoods of interest. He has an extensive Hospitality Management background that translates into giving his clients a World-Class Experience when buying or selling their home. He values each client and their individual situation and take the time to listen and understand his clients’ needs. Eric’s goal is to always have his clients’ best interests at hand, in order to be able to seamlessly navigate through any transaction. He achieves this through his strong negotiation skills, as well as the advice, support, and guidance he provides.
