We knew our agent Eric from a friend, and Eric ended up becoming a closer friend with us.
Eric is very professional, and always provided 100% of his attention on our needs. He helped us go through 4 different offerings on different houses, and we obtained a great house that suits our needs well.
I think one of the greatest and unique characters we love about Eric is that he is very considerate, and never pushes us toward
something we do not want. Yet at the critical decision points, Eric was able to remind us with insights so that we never lose our advantages.

Eric has been very detail-oriented and resourceful in arranging all the works to get my house ready for market, without me present from the beginning till the end. He shows exceptional execution capability with everything I asked or he thinks needed to be done, get completed in a day or so. Moreover, he gave very good advices and very keen in keeping up schedule. I would like to give my best recommendation to Eric for whoever that is looking for selling or buying a house. Eric helped me with renting my house in Fremont. The overall process of renting can be complex with lot of details you need to pay attention to if done by yourself like:
1. Making sure the home is in right condition.
2. Assessing Tenants
3. Listing the house and assessing the fair value...and more.
Eric made the whole process easy for me(I was also moving houses at that time). Throughout the process, Eric handled each and every step in a calm and confident manner. He was also aware of the intricacies in each step, helping me with the home maintenance process (cleaning, handyman) and we had a very clear understanding with each other on each and every step. I never felt I am navigating this process by myself, there was several instances where Eric told me - "I got it, this is something I will handle." This understanding helped with making the whole renting smooth.
Highly recommend Eric for all your real estate needs!

Eric helped me rent out my single family house recently. The whole process went smoothly, and Eric was very professional and responsive. He took pictures of the house, posted rental ads, communicated with potential tenants (including taking them to see the house), and prepared all the legal documents. We were able to rent out the house within a month since the ads was up. So thanks to Eric, we saved time and money. It was a pleasure working with him.

Eric is a very good real estate agent. He helped me rent my house in the north San Jose area. During the whole process, he always put himself in my shoes and tried to help me solve my problems. Not just trying to sell the service and close the deal. With Eric's assistance, the renting process became easy, smooth, and efficient. I moved out from my house on 2/2 and the house was rent out on 2/25. Eric put in a lot of efforts to get my house ready for renting, screen potential tenants, and negotiate rental details with my tenants before signing the agreement.
