I bought my first home with Eric in 2009. Eric was so knowledgable, kind, informative, patient, professional, and just all around great to work with. I will only buy real estate with Eric because I know I can trust him, in fact any type of real estate question or transaction I come across in life I will contact Eric and he takes care of me right away. He is a great friend and ally in life now, and I am so thankful to have been blessed with Eric in my life. I absolutely recommend Eric to anyone with real estate needs. I worked with Mr de Jong many years ago. My mother passed away last January and she did a reverse mortgage on her condominium and we were at a lost on what to do. I remembered that Mr de Jong went into real estate so I called him to find out what to do. Mr de Jong was very helpful and knew exactly what we needed to do to sell the condominium. He was always ready to help with any questions we had. Mr de Jong listed the the condominium and it sold with in a month. He drove from Riverside County to us in Orange County when ever we needed to sign paperwork. He was very understanding when we would ask the same question over again and again. He even offered to come and help us move the heavier stuff. I would tell everyone I know to call if they are buying or selling their homes.
