About Eric

Helping families with their Real Estate needs has been in Eric’s blood since the 1990's. He started by purchasing rental properties, his first home was a 4-unit building. He lived in one unit and rented out the other 3, it was a great experience. Yes, it taught him the business of investment properties, however, he also learned about people. He gained a great respect for a family’s needs and wants, namely a good safe place to call home.

Eric became a licensed Realtor to help families find their perfect home. Later, he became a Loan Officer and helped people from the financial side of Real Estate for 10 years. That experience has helped to bring an additional level of understanding to the Real Estate transaction for his clients.
