Eric Leach

Eric Leach is a California Real Estate Broker with extensive knowledge and experience in the Mammoth Lakes real estate market. He has dedicated himself to being a true professional and sincerely enjoys his job of assisting buyers and sellers reach their dreams and goals. His specialty is the area of Mammoth Lakes, CA and the surrounding towns and cities of the Eastern Sierra. Eric is an outdoor enthusiast and can give you unparalleled insight to both the town of Mammoth and the activities that surround the area.

With a degree in Finance, and a background in both mortgage lending and vacation rental management, Eric is the right choice for all your real estate needs. Eric was the Broker/Owner of Resort Property Realty, Inc. for twelve years, and has owned and operated other businesses within Mammoth. In the evenings, Eric can be found teaching his students martial arts as part of the Mammoth Lakes Jiu-Jitsu program that he founded.

Eric first obtained his real estate license in 2002 and started his career in Southern California. In 2003 Eric followed his dream of living in Mammoth Lakes, CA and soon thereafter found himself assisting buyers and sellers with real estate in an area he considers paradise. In 2007 Eric obtained his Broker’s License and started Resort Property Realty, Inc. early the next year. Eric has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northern Arizona University. He is also a Certified Debt Arbitrator and well accomplished martial artist in numerous disciplines.

In 2020, Eric took Resort Property Realty, Inc. and re-branded it under the NextHome flag, now formally known as NextHome Mammoth Lakes throughout the Eastern Sierra!
