Eric O’Bryan started in real estate by building a house for himself during the ‘08 slump. The contractor’s dad talked him into putting a for sale sign out front and it sold within a few days. Eric loves how infinite the possibilities are with houses, styles, sizes, etc. And he really loves the challenge of trying to fit all those puzzle pieces together to make things as close to perfect for the people he is working with.
Eric has been in NWA for 23 years, and bounced around from Upstate New York, Oklahoma, Montana, ad Missouri before landing here. He has been a UPS driver, retail store owner, bartender, salesman, radio DJ… You know, the usual stuff… Eric loves everything about NWA: a great family environment, super low crime, great business opportunities, small town politeness with a big town cool vibe, world class restaurants, lush green forests with rolling hills, the best museums in the nation, “no, after you” at every stop sign…
Eric has three boys, Kyle 17, Karson, 14, and Sayre 9. In his free time, he plays upright bass and bass guitar, refurbishes high end and vintage stereo equipment, explores the gorgeous, local, and state parks, and constantly remodels his house.
Eric’s ultimate goal in real estate is to help everyone he knows live in a home they love.
