We have been looking to buy a place since the beginning of this year. Worked with another realtor but the results were entirely undesirable. The short of it is that we wasted about 5 months only to end up with absolutely no results. We decided to change directions and found Eric Pearson on Realtor.com. We reviewed his profile and interviewed him over the phone. On the same day, we got more helpful market information from Eric than we'd gotten in the previous 5 months. It was clear Eric has an excellent command of his business/market. He brought multiple properties to us that were exactly what we were looking for all along. We looked a handful and within a couple of weeks had a contract on the property. We closed today. Eric did a lot of back work on our behalf and took a lot of heat from the other side of the table that we didn't even know about until after the fact. The bottom line is that Eric understood our expectations and executed it perfectly. The communication is great. We never had to pry or wait for information. We will be looking at other properties in the very near future, and Eric will be asked to work with us again. As long as Eric is willing to work with us, we'll never go to another realtor again. He was more than knowledgeable about the Loudoun country area (seeing as how he grew up here), and quite genuine and professional in his demeanor. We had asked him to come prepared for our meeting with a list price and reasonable sales price, and he came with all of his materials ready to go. Extremely pleasant to work with, and quite aware of the gravity of selling a home, especially from the sellers’ perspectives. We had a signed offer within a month of listing, above list price.
