After earning his Bachelors degree in economics at the University of Florida, Eric relocated

to Nashville, Tennessee. From here he gained valuable Fortune 1000 company experience while also learning a new angle of business in the production of home and commercial building products. While rising through the ranks of the company by exceeding every goal placed before him, Eric saw the potential in applying his unique perspective of knowledge in the building industry with the real estate market back home in South Florida.
