Eric Pine was the biggest blessing to us.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Eric Pine on the sale of our home in Auburn Lake Trails - Cool, CA. As we were relocating from California to New York, we were initially apprehensive about navigating the sale process from afar. However, Eric went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

From our very first meeting, Eric Pine impressed us with his in-depth knowledge of the local market and his meticulous attention to detail. He patiently walked us through every step of the selling process, explaining the relevant laws and regulations and outlining our responsibilities as sellers. He was incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns, always available via phone, email, or text, regardless of the time difference.

For several months, while we were settling into our new life in New York, he took on the responsibility of managing our property. Eric Pine successfully sold our home for what we consider a reasonable price during a time when homes were just not selling. Frankly, we had pretty much given up hope that it would ever sell due to the downturn in housing sales. And then it happened. offers were made, negotiations ensued and agreement was reached. SOLD! But that was not the whole story. The real story was that Eric was meticulous when inspecting our house and gave us repair recommendations discovered during pre-list inspections and his walk-throughs. He made sure that all disclosures were documented properly and completely. The real story was he assisted with staging and provided furnishings that better suited our house than our own. Eric even had professional decorators give us advice prior to showing. The real story is that Eric and his wife and even his children at times all pitched in to help us when we needed it. The real story is Eric Pine is a real estate professional.

Eric helped us with a Trust sale. My mother specifically asked that we use Eric when it came time to sell her house based on her prior experience with him. After going through this process I understand why that was important to her. We have personally sold and bought several homes over the years, but I have to say that Eric provided the most personal service of any realtor we've ever worked with. He's a great communicator and he prepared excellent marketing materials. He provided good recommendations of service providers for inspections and the title company. He helped us navigate a multiple offer situation, which resulted in a lot of extra paperwork for him. He accommodated us living outside the area of the house we were selling with frequent phone calls and using electronic document signing. He provided good counsel and service that helped us get top dollar for the home we sold in a short time period.

Eric Pine was referred to me, and I am so glad I decided to work with him over anyone else. Eric has had numerous years of experience as a real estate agent, and is therefore very knowledgeable of the industry. This was my first time buying a home, and I was overwhelmed with how competitive the market was. Eric was able to guide me through this process, and was able to address all my questions and concerns. He was very patient and supportive of me the entire way. After just a couple of months, Eric was able to find me a house that I loved in the area I desired most. Our daughter introduced us to Eric Pine when we decided to relocate to the Folsom area. We were very particular about the house we wanted to purchase. Eric took the time with us and was very patient to understand our needs. He would point out the pros and cons, and we appreciated his experience and input.

Eric Pine has over 20 years of experience and was very professional every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable, very detail oriented and has a very good work ethic.
