Eric's career as a Realtor began in 2009 in the midst of a housing crash and financial crisis. Since then he's seen the pendulum swing from a real estate market which heavily favored buyers (think low-ball offers, lots of supply, falling prices), to the seller markets of recent years. Through it all Eric has offered his clients a steady hand and professional, honest counsel. Eric's clients benefit from his 15+ years experience and the wildly different market conditions he's helped clients maneuver, his in-depth market knowledge and keen insights, clear communication, and attention to detail.

As a student of the real estate market Eric takes pride in educating his clients on current market conditions along with the driving forces behind them and what they mean for his clients. Having grown up in the south metro and resided in communities across the Twin Cities metro including Minneapolis, Edina, St. Louis Park, Plymouth, Prior Lake, Eagan and Inver Grove Heights, Eric brings first-hand knowledge and insights to share with his clients regardless of location and home type. To date Eric has sold property in 45+ cities and all 7 major counties, ranging from urban lofts to suburban split-levels to luxury homes.
