Eric Turic was born in Michigan and raised in Oklahoma where he also attended Tulsa University. Whether it was taking college courses in high school, being the first of five children to put himself through college, his love for adventure, being on the big and little screen, or opening his own furniture design business, Eric has always been driven. His drive pushes him and keeps him focused on his goals.
It was the discovery of Frank Lloyd Wright that sparked his interest in homes and architecture. While living in Santa Fe, NM, he learned about and admired all things adobe and Earthships; self-sustaining homes using numerous alternative building methods and technology. But it was Hollywood that brought Eric to California and where his love of homes and architecture was solidified. While working for a small developer in West Hollywood, he had the opportunity to be a part of the process and was exposed to various types of architecture, clientele and homes.
Later, Eric and his husband opened DAVINCI, a brick-and-mortar bespoke furniture store. Due to the store’s success, Eric was able to see and be a part of all types of architecture and help create beautiful pieces of furniture for those spaces. There, he worked with numerous celebrity clients, Hollywood industry types, and commercially with Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom.
In keeping with his passions, Eric also gained first-hand experience rehabbing his own properties in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, and Palm Springs. Those projects helped him expand his knowledge and taught him valuable lessons which gave him the idea to pursue real estate. Real estate proved to be the perfect blend of professions that incorporated his passions and matched his drive and adventurous nature. Now, Eric's biggest thrill is the ability to use and share his knowledge to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.
When Eric isn't finding homes for clients, designing furniture, acting, or embarking on a new adventure, you can find him at home making cooking videos for Facebook and Instagram or entertaining friends while enjoying his latest wine finds. He also enjoys exercising his Spanish-speaking skills from a two-year stint in Mexico. Eric looks forward to working with you and exploring new possibilities.
