Erica Menard

Erica joined PJ Morgan Real Estate in March 2019. Her enthusiasm and passion for real estate grew from her previous career in relocation. She came to PJ Morgan Real Estate to explore that passion and knowledge in all things real estate, which was further realized in 2020 when she earned her real estate license.

Erica’s eye for detail and her ability to build processes has been an asset to her role.

Erica is a Bellevue native having grown up and lived in the Bellevue/Papillion area her whole life. In her downtime, Erica and her husband keep busy with 2 children who are active in sports and activities. They also enjoy filling their free weekends with home improvement projects, which feeds Erica’s love of interior design!
