Erica contacted us afternor contract terminated with another real estate company after it being listed almost one year with no success and very little traffic. We agreed to meet with her and her presentation of her company and her personally impressed us. She appeared to be someone who would work hard for us and get ourbhome sold at a fair price. She advised us on asking price as the previous realtor set it too high. She is very professional and has a very friendly and direct. She is very honest with you and will tell you what you need to do to get your home sold. We have recommended Erica to several friends and would do so again. If we ever have a need for a realtor in the future I would most definitely use Erica. She sold our house in a little over six months.
