Erik Throm is a SF Bay Area native with a passion for, and deep understanding of real estate. After graduating from college in Michigan and living in the Midwest for a short time, Erik returned home to pursue a tech career in Silicon Valley, where he worked for 10 years. Erik fell in love with Real Estate after purchasing his own house in San Francisco and decided to leave a successful tech career to practice real estate full time, right in his own backyard!
When Erik isn’t recording neighborhood guides on YouTube, you can find him hanging out with his wife Chelsea, their new son, and their cats Elvie and Lola (who happen to have their own TikTok channel- @Elvie_n_Lola). Erik & Chelsea love taking advantage of everything San Francisco has to offer – from sporting events to world-class restaurants. They are avid 49ers and Giants fans and are Golden State Warriors season ticket holders.
He also enjoys being physically active, whether he’s playing in his baseball league, golfing or scuba diving around the world. He and his wife are also avid travelers and enjoy exploring new places as often as they can. From uninhabited islands in Malaysia to the pyramids of Giza in Egypt, Erik is always happy to share travel tips from his own adventures!
