My experience working with Erin has been absolutely amazing! Buying my first home in the US was quite daunting, so very different than in Canada. Erin was able to answer all my questions and thoroughly explained the process, she was always available or responded to me in a timely manner. When we started the process, she listened and got clear on what my non negotiables were, she recommended areas within my price range that would be safe for a single woman, she never pushed or tried to convince me on something she knew wouldn’t make me happy. Erin made the process super easy, she offered support but gave me space when I was super stressed. She’s extremely resourceful and has contacts for everything, made my life super easy.
I would highly recommend Erin, if you want a professional that’s easy to work with and is an expert on the market and all the different areas in LA, she’s super knowledgeable and can help you find your dream home, she found mine!

I’ve written this review several times and could write a small book about my experience with Erin. But for the sake of making it not sound believable I’ll summarize. Erin knows what she is doing and will handle every client like they are her only client! She works hard like and old fashion pro but utilizes all the digital tools available. She always responded quickly when I had questions and handled the process easily for me. If you hire her she will work hard for you. Hire her if you need a realtor!

Erin Alls has been my realtor for my rental in Venice for over 2 years. She had done such a wonderful job renting out my unit it was a no-brainer to have her represent me as a realtor for the sale of a single family dwelling town home in Rolling Hills Estates. My property was only on the market for 5 days when I received six offers and three of them were cash. We closed escrow in 23 days. I found Erin to be both professional and thorough in her representation of this sale. If I had a question or concern, she made sure to answer my questions in a accurate and timely manner, as well as alleviated any of my concerns. I would highly recommend her as a realtor.
