I started my journey with Erin in July 2015, 9 months AFTER initiating a loan modification with the WORST mortgage company ever. I was told by the bank my only choice was to go into foreclosure or start a short sale. I met Erin at my property, did a walk through and she explained the process and was confident we could list and sell my property. Unfortunately, the bank did NOT make this process easy. We were under contract at least 6 times, contracts were cancelled by the bank(with NO explanation) BASICALLY, the bank is the WORST mortgage company to ever deal with. NO one ever knew what was going on, no one ever returned any phone calls and they even their attorney send me foreclosure notices while under contract. Through the frustration of all of this, Erin stayed positive even when I wanted to give up. She stayed on top of all her paperwork, phone calls and kept her word through out this long drawn out process. We finally closed June 2017. Erin was respectful, knowledgeable, to the point and always had a smile on her face. I can't thank Erin enough for helping me get through this painful process with Wells Fargo and not allowing my property to go through foreclosure.
