Erin Fleming

Most little kids use their imagination when "playing house", but Erin Fleming didn't have to make believe! As a young girl, she spent her weekends trailing behind her realtor mother, as they toured homes and hosted open houses. Through these experiences, Erin, a 4th generation Piedmonter, gained a fascination for real estate, a keen eye for aesthetics and interior design, and a desire to match the personalities of her clients with the home that they desire.

Erin studied Communications at the University of California, San Diego, and worked in banking/finance for several years in both San Diego and Portland, OR. She seized the opportunity to live out her lifelong dream of traveling the world and spent the bulk of the next four years traversing the globe from New Zealand to Asia, across Europe, ending in South and Central America where she did volunteer work and ended up living.

Now relocated back to the East Bay, Erin has a wealth of real estate knowledge and is a regional Bay Area neighborhood expert for her clients.

Erin was always a personable, outgoing individual, but her global exposure really gives her an edge over the competition with a unique perspective. Her strength is effectively communicating and interacting with people of all different backgrounds and cultures. She is a vivacious individual, and her energy is contagious.

Erin is a persistent agent who constantly keeps her client's best interests in mind, and someone you definitely want in your corner! Home is where the heart is, and Erin is passionate about aligning her clients with the 'right' property, where they immediately feel comfortable when they walk in the front door.

When not hard at work, Erin can be found tending to her colorful garden, acting as an amateur restaurant critic, collecting Asian art, and spending time with her friends, family, and dog Dulce.
