Erin Garcia

Born and raised in Albemarle County, Erin’s love for the Blue Ridge Mountains and Charlottesville’s charm started early on. After attending James Madison University, Erin spent several years in the human services field. Her work in real estate combines her love for helping people and her keen business sense. Erin’s clients have found confidence in her authenticity and diligence. She is informed by the latest trends in real estate and her knowledge of the area presents a great asset to home buyers (as an Accredited Buyer Representative) and sellers. As an Eco Broker and NAR Green Designee, Erin has special interests and training in green building and sustainable growth. In renovating her own 1950s Cape Cod, she has enjoyed restoring to the period style while updating with state-of-the-art energy efficient details. Thanks to her devotion to her craft and commitment to her community, Erin was honored by being named the 2018 Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors Sales Associate of the Year. In her free time with her husband and two children (and her dog, Pippin), she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, exploring Charlottesville, eating, and talking about great food, drinking strong coffee, and having a polite conversation.
