Erin Kristbaum is an authentic, effective, and exceptionally responsive agent who served as our buyer's representative in Dayton, Ohio. I would characterize her as "Top of her Class" in real estate transactions knowledge, customer service, and professionalism. But her skills don't stop there. Erin is an astute observer -- not only of the possible pit-falls and concerns in a listed property, but also of the people with whom she's working. We tried early on to provide a summary of our house preferences and she dutifully took them on board. But Erin clearly was noting our reactions and body language when we looked at (and discussed) every property. She also knew which properties might not be quite right for us based on the dialogue my wife and I were sharing privately, but in Erin's company. Erin shared her insights at just the right moments and thoughtfully noted how and where our preferences were evolving. When it came time to discuss our purchase offer, Erin skillfully researched the market as any good agent would, but she went above-and-beyond with some additional market science and helped us map out brilliant negotiating milestones, which may be the area where she excels. Impeccable integrity and hard working, Erin Kristbaum is one of those real estate professionals who probably should be training other agents. If we decide to buy another property in the Dayton, Ohio area, we won't rely on search engines or other peoples' recommendations; we'll probably just find Erin Kristbaum and say, "Erin, we'd like your help." My wife and I believe we could not have done any better when we entrusted you to help us find a place to call home after being stationed overseas for more than 16 consecutive years. Erin was the perfect guide through the entire home search process. She was very responsive to all of our communications and questions. Erin listened to us, and reminded us of the goals we shared with her when we got off track in our search for our house. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, amiable. My wife and I chose Erin as our Realtor after meeting her at an open house and learning that I knew her husband from work. Perhaps we could have done a more in-depth search before choosing a realtor, but it worked out great for us as Erin was fantastic through every step of buying our dream home and selling our old home.

Erin was very patient in getting to know what we were looking for in our next home. We knew we wanted to move but weren't in a hurry to find a new home unless it one worth moving into. Erin never made us feel rushed and wanted make sure that we found a place that we would would enjoy for the long-term.

In selling our old home, there were several hiccups along the way in working with buyers/potential buyers and getting the house ready. Erin was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with every decision, helping us navigate the process.

I have absolutely no reservations recommending Erin to anyone to be their realtor.

I highly recommend Erin! She helped us sell our home and she made the process smooth and easy for us. She is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond to messages and requests. From setting our price to staging, listing, and showing our home, we were very confident we had chosen the right realtor. When we were getting ready to list, she was in tune with the market and planned our listing and open house to maximize exposure and showings. Erin and her team are very good at what they do.
