Erin can't believe she gets to help families find their dream home! She loves her job, and she takes the responsibility seriously. She understands that when buyers combine the emotional aspect of finding the perfect place to call home with the anxiety of a major financial purchase, they may have some concerns. The favorite part of her job is counseling homebuyers to determine what is most important to them and to meet their end goals.
As a previous co-owner of a residential design/construction firm Erin has over 20 years of new construction experience. She is still enamored with the construction processes and encourages her clients to consider a build job when they are discouraged with the inventory currently available on the market. She enjoys working through the different stages and explaining those processes as they relate to their new home. If building isn't a priority that is okay! She is well versed in short sales, bank properties and equity sales too!
