Until recently, when she became a full-time real estate agent, her view came as a key staff member in the Windermere Capitol Hill office. For seven years, she worked behind the scenes for over 50 agents, gaining a thorough understanding of the ins and outs of a real estate transaction. From the first introduction meeting to the handing over of keys, Erin witnessed the full sales cycle – all while serving as a critical resource in getting agents and their clients successfully to closing day.

In 2014, Erin traded in the sun of her native Southern California for the verdant beauty of Seattle, moving to the Capitol Hill neighborhood, which she loved. Recently, Erin left the renter market and bought a fixer-upper in scenic Magnolia with her partner and their bulldog. (Let the home projects begin!)
