Erin was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout my home buying process Winter of 2023. We started working together beginnig of February and had me closed on a great house by mid March!

Erin was patient, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way and her great relationship with my mortgage lender helped so much too. Their combined expertise in the local real estate market and their understanding of my needs and preferences made finding the perfect place for me happen.

Erin was always available to answer my questions, offer guidance, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable, secure, and informed throughout the process which was SO appreciated. From recommending inspectors to negotiating on my behalf, then sharing roofer and handman contacts after close with me, Erin paid so much attention to detail and I felt her commitment to providing me with exceptional support, service, and guidance the entire time.

10/10 recommend partnering with Erin! It was my first time buying a home and she helped make it such a smooth process. We ended up closing on my dream house within 2 weeks of getting started! She was always incredibly responsive and handled so much of the logistics. I also really appreciate that she continued to check in after I moved in to make sure everything was as promised. I could tell Erin was genuinely looking out for my best interests the entire time and I couldn't be more thankful!

My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and very nervous about finding the right place. Erin went above and beyond to advocate for us with lenders, builders, and everyone we worked with. She’s been friendly, helpful, kind, and just generally wonderful! Erin provided me with an INCREDIBLE home buying experience. As a 21 year old, I had done some research about the home buying process, however, at any point when I had a question (which I had many) she was responsive and knowledgeable about the answer. After doing a couple tours, she brought me to an apartment I loved and she made it happen what seemed to be overnight.
