My parents & I purchased a property in Riverdale with the help of Ernest. We are a first time home buyer and had no idea what to expect and how the process would be. Our amazing agent Ernest made everything so easy for us. My parents’ first language is Spanish and we were lucky to have Ernest whom is fluent in the language. It made my parents feel super confident throughout the process as well. We worked together for six to seven months and finally closed on a property this week!!! Ernest was always kind and patient with us. Always available to answer any questions we may have. We are extremely happy with the service he provided as well as the support throughout the entire process. After working with a few prominent realtors in The Bronx, I chose to have Mr. Ernest Chi represent me in my co-op purchase because I found him to be very genuine. He answered numerous questions and requests with respect and in an utmost professional manner. He was very instrumental during all the steps and was generous with his time, returning calls/texts promptly.
Everyone from the lawyers during closing day and people I have been meeting in my new neighborhood have a very high opinion of him.

Very positive experience! When looking to make my first purchase in Riverdale or Kingsbridge, I was recommended to Ernest Chi, and it was a huge help. The ins-and-outs, the terminology, the nuances, were all unfamiliar to me, and Mr Chi was there to look out for me so as to make the best decision. Ernest is a hard worker! He listens well to what your needs and concerns are. I always felt like I had 100% of his attention when I talked about my expectations, or had questions for him. He is clear about the process and is very good about returning phone calls and texts in a timely manner! He is good at his job, and is very knowledgeable about real estate, especially in Riverdale. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. I’ve worked with other real estate agents in the past who I felt only did the minimum amount of work necessary.
