I have bought two houses now with Mr. Mora and he has been nothing but professional, helpful, committed and most importantly extremely available at any time of the day. We started working with Ernie in December 2020. He worked on the same team as our property management for the home we were renting at the time. From day one he established himself as professional, responsive, patient, and most importantly, respectful.

As a first time homebuyers using the VA Home loan in this hot market, we found ourselves in bidding wars with every home and frankly, didn't want to defeat the purpose of the VA home loan by coming out of pocket more than 25k, which wasn't likely. Ernie still went to bat for us despite how picky we were with our selection.

No matter how many questions we had, what time of day, or how many times we changed our minds, he still showed up. I had a crazy work schedule and it was hard trying to plan around 4 children and really only having 3 or 4 days to work with.

In the end, we got the home we wanted in the location we wanted for the price we wanted. Ernie stayed on top of our loan agents and because of his tenacity, from open to close, we were done in 4 weeks flat.

He was flexible, unlike Aaron Rodgers and he was very compromising, unlike the Packers organization. Despite his love for Greenbay, this Bears fan would recommend him again!

First time I worked with Ernie closely was when my tenant moved out last year. There were several issues during the move out/move in transition among tenants, owner and workers who did the repairs. But the process went smoothly because of the way Ernie handled it.

Ernie took time to understand the concerns, to research on his own when needed and brought back solutions that were fair to involved parties.
Ernie was calm and professional even when he had so much to do. Arnie was also very knowledgeable and knew how to explain things concisely. Also he was willing to take his personal time to keep his clients informed when necessary. I still remember he called me after 6 pm one day to keep me updated about a request from the new tenant. This move out/move in experience has been the best one I’ve had in the past 20 years. Thanks to Ernie!

Recently, I worked with Ernie again on painting the fence of my rental. The way he handled the business reminded me of all those good qualities that he has! If you are looking for an outstanding property manager in the Temecula area, I would highly recommend Ernie Mora!

Ernie helped us find the perfect house! Selling a house and buying a new house is a very challenging process. For me it started the day I signed the deal to sell. We did not have a new house to move into, so we quickly needed a place to live. That’s where Ernie and the Trillion team stepped in to help with the tenant to buyer program. Ernie was very patient with us and we knew he truly cared about finding the best home for our family. We saw a lot of houses and finally found the best house for us. Ernie negotiated our offer like a champ! We offered a 21 day escrow and Ernie had all the resources to help make the deal close on time. Ernie and the Trillion team supported us the entire way. It was an A++ home buying experience.
