I can't recommend Esin enough to anyone looking to buy a house. When we first decided to purchase our first home, we had very little knowledge about the process. Then we met Esin, who taught us everything we needed to know. I immediately knew she was someone we could trust—someone who would be by our side and understand our needs. We fell in love with one of the first houses we visited, and although we weren't fully prepared, Esin went out of her way to make it happen for us. She coached us through every step of the process, even in areas that weren’t directly her responsibility, and connected us with the right people. We were extremely lucky to have had someone like Esin guiding us through our first home-buying experience. She is responsive, professional, efficient, organized, and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with.

It has been amazing to work with Esin. My wife and I first met her during an open house she was conducting. We immediately liked her. She was very welcoming but not pushy. We visited the property she was showing multiple times and she let us view it without a sign of irritation or annoyance. In fact she answered all our questions patiently. Soon after that we decided that we wanted to work with her both to buy and when we put our house on the market. Esin guided us through the purchase process very ably - she was able to coach us on what to look for, and eventually the negotiations with the seller. Likewise when we put our house on the market, she guided us through every detail. She advised us on how to prep the house, declutter it, etc. She did a fantastic job with the marketing and arranging the showings, and eventually got us an above asking price. Through both purchase and sale process, Esin was always on our side, and looking out for us. She is insightful and tenacious. She was also super clear and quick in her communication. She earned our trust her so much so that now she is a friend. One cant ask for a better agent.

Esin has the perfect balance of assertiveness, humbleness and positivity that makes her and her team g-r-e-a-t!

I think a nice summary of working with Esin and her team can be given by this: I often find myself talking with other first time home buyers. And 99% of the time, these people say how hard, how complicated, frustrating the process was. After working with Esin and buying our house, all I can think of when I hear those is "Really!?".

We called her to start searching for our first house. She started by educating us on how the process is gonna be. After finding the house, we never felt alone or lost in any step of the process. She would call and inform us about what's coming next and what we should expect even before I can think of the next step and even if what's happening was not her responsibility.

Some examples of great experience we had with her:
- She has not only negotiated the house price down by 2.6% but also got us a decent amount of credit towards the closing costs. She saw the opportunity and took the initiative to get us a better deal
- Found us the best attorney, lender, insurance provider we could ever find which made the process for us a lot easier
- Checked on us at every important step to make sure we are securing our deal.
- When we were scared, showed us everything objectively and encouraged us to do the right thing

I’ll never forget the day I found my home in the spring of 2005. I was not looking to relocate yet, but my daughter was napping on the way home from the mall and we chose to take the backroads. Pre social media I saw an open house sign and fell in love with the property instantly. We put in an offer and within the week sold our condo. With the help of my parents my dream had come true. I had purchased a single family home in a town I loved- Hanover. For 17 years I raised my girls while updating and personalizing my home. Choosing to sell was not an easy decision. My selling circumstance was unique and what began to feel like an impossible situation shifted to an incredible one because of Esin. Esin’s passion for real estate goes far beyond the realm of making a sale. She helped re home my heart. The best thing that happened to us as home owners was to find Esin. She sold our house within 3 weeks of listing it and got us a cash offer very close to our asking price! And this was her first listing in Brookline, MA!!
Her work ethic was apparent from the first time we interacted with her. When we first contacted her, she set up a meeting within a few days and came fully prepped with market analysis, comps, etc. She quoted us a listing price and was confident of her facts! We trusted her and she was right: our house flew off the market with multiple bids, at a price we felt was very fair, and close to what she listed it at.
Some background: before we engaged her, we had met the top 2 realtors in Brookline and they had given us listing prices that we felt were low. One (KK) actually walked around our home, said that the house would be difficult to sell at all, and would take an estimated 60 days on the market! After a week KK condescendingly gave us a price that she wanted to list it at that was close to the amount we had bought it for 6 years before, despite all of improvements that we had put in! Lucky for us, we went with Esin!
Esin's secret is that she works harder than anyone we have met in the business. She doesn't expect sales to drop into her lap, she knows what needs to be done and gets the results she promises. She had the house staged and photographed, as well as a drone video made, within days of our signing. The moment we moved out, she had it cleaned and on the market in 2 days. It got several offers the very first weekend because she had marketed the house at a wide local market as well as a well heeled international clientele that reflects the global citizen that she is.
Esin is a smart, ethical, and professional realtor who works hard for her clients and we wish her every success. We could not recommend her more strongly!

I recently purchased my townhouse with Esin’s help just in the middle of Covid-19 chaos. Despite the changes in all procedures, the whole process went as smooth as possible as Esin was on top of all the steps and guided me through everything. Esin did an incredible job as our agent to sell two properties in Dorchester, MA. If there were more stars to rate her, she would definitely receive more than 5. Our family sold two rental properties that involved a long eviction period with tenants. To make matters more challenging our family lives in other distance states so there wasn't anyone full time in Boston to support the sale. From day 1 when we met Esin, she took the ball and kept running with it over a period of 6+ months. It is amazing how much work is required to not only negotiate a property contract, but preparing the property for closing. Esin supported our sales by helping to manage the properties, working with multiple lawyers, working with tenants, moving furniture, finding/managing a myriad of service providers to do inspections, make repairs, test fire alarms, arrange dumpsters, cleaners, and much more. She even joined family members to box and move household goods and furniture. Many days emergencies would come up, and Esin handled them all. Unfortunately, it's tough to do justice in my brief review to how important Esin was to our family. She did a remarkable job, and we are truly grateful for her.

Being a local contractor selling a property quickly and at a profitable amount is of utmost importance. I recently had a property on the market as for sale by owner, with few showings even with open houses. Coincidentally, Esin lived near my property and with her strong attitude and aggressiveness I gave her my listing. After making suggestions on showing property she held a open house with 28 potential customers attended. ( my previous open houses had no more than 3 customers) I got 4 overbids offers.
