Esmeralda was proactive and reactive to whatever the situation called for. This transaction was not your typical offer, contract sale deal. Esmeralda suggested looking into seller financing and then walked me through all the hoops of that type of deal and all totaled, I’ll get about $100,000 more than I would have gotten with a traditional bank financed sale. She was very responsive and concerned with the stresses listing a home puts on a seller. I highly recommend her.
