Esmeralda was born and raised in Southern California. She grew up in Agoura Hills and after getting her Bachelor’s Degree at Cal State University Long Beach, she moved to West Hills, where she purchased her first Investment property. Esmeralda was exposed to real estate investing at a very young age. She learned from her parents that real estate investing should always be part of ones retirement strategy. She has well over 10 years of experience in residential property management and being involved in the Real Estate Industry.
