My mother hired Ms Estrella as her realtor for her town house and also for the purchase of her new home. Estella was great I found her on the internet because we lived in Massachusetts and did not know anybody in Pennsylvania but over the phone and on the computer I found several houses that I wanted to see and she arranged showings for one day that we came down to visit and we bought the fourth house that we saw and she helped us through the entire process which took a little bit of work because we had to sell our house back in Massachusetts so she spoke with the owners and we were able to rent The house we wanted to purchase until our house back in Massachusetts sold. But started a great job getting us all the paperwork over the Internet and having things fix that we needed fixed we getting us an appraisal I would highly recommend her
