About Ethan

Energetic and driven, Ethan decided to pursue his love for architecture and geography by entering the world of real estate.
A native of Salisbury, Ethan attended the Canterbury School, and graduated from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont. Upon graduating, Ethan took a few months backpack throughout Europe.

He grew up swimming and hiking all over the tristate region. He is an outdoor enthusiast that loves to do anything that will get him outside. He has done everything from ski jumping in the Junior Olympic event in Salisbury to learning how-to white-water kayak from an Olympic medalist. Ethan enjoys sailing, snowboarding, cycling, and summiting local peaks, amongst many more recreational activities, in his leisure time.

Being a "techy," Ethan utilizes all avenues of technology and quick communication to best serve his clients. He can track multiple marketplaces and specializes in setting up auto notification searches so that his clients never miss out on a great deal. Ethan also designs strategic social media marketing campaigns for his clients, with concentrated reach and feedback, to maximize visibility for his listed properties.

Ethan loves being a conduit for the area. He thrives on introducing his clients and new friends to all of the local known and hidden spots that bring him joy. A shared experience creates twice the memories, is his mentality.
Since moving back, he held a board position on the Tri-State Chamber of Commerce. Ethan was nominated and retains a seat on the board of the Affordable Housing Commission in Salisbury and the Salisbury Grove Advisory Committee.

Ethan joined William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty because he felt the strength of the Sotheby’s brand offered more to his clients than any competitor. His natural ease with clients, unlimited enthusiasm, and desire to perform make him the perfect agent to work with. To him, the client is always more important than a deal. Ethan is able, and has shown a proven resolve, to navigate luxury, commercial, and large land deals.
