Gene O’Brien went above and beyond our needs. If I could give him a 10 star review I would! Gene was honest and was really trying to get my family in a nice home. He cared about what homes we liked and pointed out the goods and bad. He did not want to put my family in any home. He really cared and was sincere. The communication was Awsome from the beginning till the end! Gene honestly took care of everything for us and tried to make our first time home buying experience as easy and stressful as possible. I recently purchased a home in Madera ca . All thanks to gene and kaylee ! They made the whole process smooth and less stressful. They give you constant reassurance and keep you updated on everything going on. It doesn’t matter how long the process is on finding your home. They will never get tired of wanting to help you find the right home for you. So don’t feel bad for saying no to the showing if it’s not the right fit. they want you to be happy more than anything else. Any questions you ask doesn’t matter what time of day it is they’ll get back to you as soon as possible. And I mean as soon as possible, they don’t ever leave you hanging . As you can imagine trying to buy a home is extremely stressful as it is . So it’s important to have a good team along your side. Therefore I wouldn’t recommend anybody else for that job! I fully trusted/ trust gene and I know you will too.

Starting the process to look for a house seemed daunting in this fast paced market and my husband and I considered the thought of renting until the market slowed down. After discussing our options with Gene and where the market was heading, we decided to venture out to see if we could find something that worked for us. I am so glad we did! We were able to secure a home that now has equity and a beautiful rate. Gene is a wealth of knowledge and never pushed us to do something we weren't comfortable or on board with.
