Eva Hoopes

Finishing at the top of her class, Eva Hoopes became a licensed Realtor ® in the summer of 2000. Before turning to real estate, she graduated with honors from Boise State University with a B.S. in criminal justice and a paralegal minor. Her employment background includes tenure as a Contract Administrator for Albertson's Inc., three years with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, and an internship with the U.S. Attorney's office. At Group One, Eva's impact has been extraordinary. She has served as a transaction manager and earned CRS and ABR designations while twice being honored for her outstanding residential production achievements. With broad market knowledge and proven expertise, Eva's contribution is vital to our pacesetting real estate service program. In addition to a vibrant residential practice, Eva also serves a legion of residential investment clients...her areas of expertise include fiscal verification and analysis. Eva and her family reside in Boise. She and her husband, Bryan have three children, Hailey, Logan, and Ryan.
