I can’t recommend Evan highly enough! We had been casually looking to purchase our first house for a while, but were completely unprepared when the perfect home appeared on the market. Evan was incredibly helpful during our search for a new home. Although the market is currently very competitive for home buyers, Evan was often able to get us into showings right away before anyone else. He was very tuned into our needs and priorities, and was committed to our search for the best home for us. Evan was never pushy, and was always honest and fair. When showing us homes, he always had our best interest in mind. He would often share his assessment, both good and bad, on homes we looked at, which helped calibrate what we were looking for and identify problematic issues with homes that we would not have anticipated otherwise. When it came time to place an offer, Evan was not only helpful with walking first-time buyers through the process, but had a strategy in mind that helped us have the winning bid!
