We hired Evan to be our realtor for buying a new home and then again to sell our old home. Because we purchased first and sold second, the stress was high on us and Evan to really have everything go very smooth and quick for both transactions. Evan was on it each step of the way. He was very professional with the details, wise in his market advice and managed to keep his cool when we turned up the pressure and expectations on him. Evan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He really listened to what we wanted in our first home and made sure thats all we looked at. The best part of everything is that Evan made us feel important as people. He cared about our wants and desires. We had a small issue with some damage to the property and Evan went above and beyond to reconcile the situation. I recommend Evan for any real estate needs.

Evan was very professional and responsive. I had tried working with other realtors before him that would never get back to me, which makes buying a house difficult, especially for a first time buyer. Evan, however, would respond to my texts/calls usually within minutes (assuming it wasn't a middle of the night sort of thing). He was very helpful with any questions I had and even helped me through a sticky situation that I put myself in that almost costed me the house I wanted. Definitely someone worth going through.

As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were quite nervous and excited to begin looking for a home. The market hasn’t been kind to most first time buyers in our area so we had our doubts. Evan never faltered. He worked hard and reassured us many times over that we would find something suitable and without our price range. We were prepared to wait a long while for the right house but looking back it didn’t take him long to find us a great house.
