About Evan
There’s a driving force throughout my career in counseling, higher education administration and now real estate: the opportunity for firsthand human service.
After working in Dayton-area high schools out of college, Evan joined the administrative team at Sinclair Community College. As Director of Sinclair’s regional campuses, he managed operations, budget, recruitment, and outreach both to Sinclair students and those in surrounding school districts. Evan's experience working with people from various backgrounds is one of the reasons why I love practicing real estate in a diverse city like Dayton.
Evan worked with Coldwell Banker Heritage and Home Experts Realty before opening Glasshouse Realty Group in 2019 with his business partner, Mo Zahedi. He is grateful for the opportunity to guide clients through the biggest financial decision of their lives. Evan is also dedicated to creating the best possible culture for our talented team of agents—which is reflected in the caliber of service they provide to their clients. No matter how the industry changes or what technology emerges, there will always be a need for relationship-based real estate.
Evan holds a real estate broker’s license in both Ohio and Kentucky and is also a licensed property and casualty insurance broker here in Ohio. Evan currently sits on the board of directors for the United Way of Greater Dayton. He was recognized in the Dayton Business Journal’s 2020 list of “Who’s Who in Real Estate” and awarded “Top 5 Under 40” by the Dayton Area Board of Realtors in 2019. He was also featured on the Dayton Business Journal’s list of “40 Under Forty” in 2016 and named Young Professional of the Year by the Preble County Chamber of Commerce in 2014.
Evan is born-and-raised Daytonian, grew up in Trotwood, and graduated from Chaminade-Julienne High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wittenberg University and a master’s degree in Counseling from Wright State University. Evan currently resides in downtown Dayton and have two beautiful children, Quinn and Emerson.
