Ms. Ku was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. She has experience flipping houses and was able to share her thoughts on how best to improve our home value after purchase, which was a really nice, unexpected perk of working with her! She helped us with negotiating offers, inspection objections, and every other step of this process that we were initially pretty clueless about. The market is very tough right now; we got outbid on our first two offers (which both went for $30k over asking). But she stuck with us until we found the perfect home. Highly recommend!
