He helped deal with all of the little hassles that come up when buying and selling property and explained everything, every step of the way. Fabian was a huge help for us! . He was a great asset and made the process much easier. His knowledge of the local area was a huge help and he was alway available for questions.
Fabian was extremely patient and responsive. With the market so hot, and inventory so low, it was a challenge to find a house with our needs, once we found it Fabian took over it all .
We found Fabian to be a delightful blend of professionalism and personality and highly recommend him as someone who will be there as your personal guide to a great real estate transaction.

Fabian Budd is far more than his title as a real estate agent. He is intelligent with an inquiring mind, knowledgeable to every question he is asked. He is 100% dedicated and committed to his clients far beyond sale. His knowledge and backround in real estate made me feel more confident in the decision i was making. He also advised me when he felt something was not fit for me or my family. There was no pressure to buy a house with him. I highly recommend him to everyone and definitely will use him again and again in future purchases !

Excellent REALTOR, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL ALSO ATTENTIVE to every detail on what needed to be done in order to sell the property.
