Fabiana Hausen

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Fabiana Pimenta Hausen has been living in South Florida for 30 years. With dedication, professionalism, and consistent results, she has accumulated several awards with Fortune International Realty as a Top Producer for the years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2015, 2018, 2020 and 2021, since she rejoined the company in 2010. With experience in both general and development real estate, she has worked as an in-house sales associate at the renowned Ritz Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles during pre-construction and for the condominium conversion of Flamingo South Beach and Courvoisier Courts in Brickell Key Island.

Fabiana specializes in luxury waterfront properties, new developments, pre-construction and investment residential opportunities in Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. She holds a Real Estate license in the state of Florida since 2004 and she also holds a degree in interior design, which compliments her business and help her clients. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. She enjoys spending her time off with her husband and their little dogs, friends and family, skiing in Colorado and sailing on the east coast.
