As a top producer throughout his career at Coldwell Banker, ONE Sotheby’s, and currently at Compass, Farid has specialized in unique estates, trophy properties, and high-end condos that have captured the industry’s attention, including the iconic Villa Tranquilla, Casa Brisas, and the W South Beach penthouse which sold at a record-breaking $3,500/SF in 2017. He has also closed sales in some of Miami’s most exclusive condo buildings, including Fisher Island Oceanside Condos, Fisher Island Seaside Condos, Bristol Tower, Continuum South Beach, and Eighty Seven Park by Renzo Piano.
