With roots in Pinellas County, Florida, Fazela Capille transitioned her career from public educator to Commercial Real Estate Advisor for the Tampa Bay Area for the past three years. It is a passion for Fazela Capille, to create a fluid process, to achieve success of sale with background experience in Business Development. It is easy to see why more than clients called Fazela Capille for help buying and selling their properties, whether residential or commercial. Fazela Capille is part of the Keys to the Bay Real Estate family and an extension of the Bast Commerical Group. Specializing in Retail, office, Fazela is determined in assisting clients take the next steps in business whether it be a Landlord, Tenant Seller, or Buyer. Fazela Capille has a nonprofit start up for women of domestic violence, My Sister’s Closet; and loves being vested in other Tampa Bay community events. When Fazela Capille isn’t in the office or volunteering, you’ll often find her with her three boys, dog, golfing or making memories with family and friends.
