We could not be more grateful to have been connected with Felicia and to have had the opportunity to work with her to buy our very first home! As first time home buyers in a very bustling market, we didn't know what to expect and had a lot of questions/concerns about jumping into our house search. Felicia was on top of anything and everything and gave me all the knowledge, resources, and guidance to make my first home buying experience as easy as possible. I have never worked with someone as dedicated to serving their clients as Felicia. Not only was she knowledgeable in regards to locations and types of homes I was looking for, but she listened to me and consulted me when I needed it. One particular quality I feel the need to mention is Felicia’s responsiveness. Early on and throughout my entire home buying experience, Felicia was readily available to answer my calls, texts, and emails at literally any time of the day, any day of the week and while I know that she is a very busy person and works with multiple clients on a daily basis, it truly felt like I was her only client. She was and still is so responsive and no matter what step of the process, she’s never failed to get back to me within minutes and often times, seconds, and that for me goes a very long way, especially in an aggressive, fast-paced environment such as real estate. To touch on my personal experience, I was fully prepared to endure multiple obstacles and inevitable frustration during my entire home buying process, given the current market and countless stories I’ve heard from friends and family who’ve recently purchased homes. I was beyond fortunate enough to only look at one home, make one offer, get accepted, and get the keys to my very first home. While there were of course a few unavoidable obstacles and hoops to jump through along the way, I was taken back as to how smooth and painless this whole journey has been, and I undoubtedly owe this all to Felicia. As soon as I saw the listing for the house I fell in love with, Felicia went to work! Within minutes of me sending her the listing, she set up the viewing and immediately after viewing the house, she was able to successfully contact the listing agent, build a friendly relationship with her, get essential information regarding competing offers, and begin preparing my offer, all while sitting in her car outside of the house! From then on, it seemed like I was Felicia’s number one priority through the countless calls, emails, paperwork, inspections, negotiations, etc., that came along with the remainder of the process. I just closed on the home and received the keys 10 days ago and while Felicia could’ve easily crossed me off her list of priorities, she stills reaches out to me every couple days to ask how things are coming along with projects, sends me names and contact info for different contractor resources (she is very well-connected in Columbus), or just simply to wish me a Merry Christmas or Happy New Year! She is one of the most thoughtful, considerate, caring, and hardworking individuals I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with and I feel so unbelievably lucky and grateful that out of all the agents my cousin could have found in Columbus, Felicia was the one. After what she has done for me and after getting to know one another and build a relationship, I will consider Felicia a friend for life. Whoever is reading this, if you, a friend, or a loved one are considering buying or selling a home, I highly encourage you to reach out to Felicia and work with her. She will go above and beyond and will not disappoint, and after the first 5 minutes of talking to her, you will understand why. This is our second time buying a home with Felicia as our agent and it's hard to describe how incredibly easy it was! Felicia is so responsive, thoughtful, and anticipated all of our needs and questions before we even had them. We started the house hunt figuring it would take months, and it took less than a week. She came through with a solid recommendation for a stellar mortgage broker, helped us make an offer that fit our needs and was attractive to the seller, and generally made this the easiest house buying process ever! Felicia also has an extensive list of contractor recommendations for any work that needs to be done-- we had been trying to get some carpet repaired in our current house for weeks, and Felicia's recommendation showed up within a day and fixed it! In addition to being a great agent, Felicia is a great person, who is kind, funny, and caring. I am so grateful to have worked with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the Columbus area!

Felicia is the absolute best, period. I worked with her to sell my second home and the experience was truly amazing from beginning to end. Given that I’ve sold 2x and bought 3x, I’ve worked with my fair share of agents. No one holds a candle to Felicia. I’m spoiled now!

She’s so professional, prompt, organized, thorough, and REALLY knows the market. She made it clear from the jump that we were a team, and continuously proved that she was willing do whatever it took to get me a great offer and see it through to the end. She was a strong negotiator when I needed her to be, and she was open minded with me when I wanted to have input.

Her cleaning staff made my home look brand new. Her photographer made my home look like it was worth every penny we asked for & more. Her landscaper dialed my backyard in better than anyone I’d used in the past. Her transaction coordinator and the title company she works with were prompt and thorough, giving updates nearly daily. The entire team left nothing up to question in my mind, and the peace of mind they all gave me was priceless. Selling/buying/moving is tough - Felicia made every component she was involved with SO easy.

…And the cherry on top, she sold my house within a day of listing, for an offer that was better than anything I could have expected.

I would give Felicia 100 stars if I could. Will be recommending her to every friend who buys in Columbus. Work with her!!!

Felicia is awesome. As a first time homebuyer, it can be daunting since you're inundated with foreign forms, terminology, and processes. Felicia ensured that I totally understood each component of the home purchasing process. She was able to translate everything for me in a way that was digestible which made me feel safe and knowledgeable.

Years ago, Felicia helped us buy our first home and she was so wonderful that we came back to her now with an even harder ask - we wanted to sell that house and buy something new. In this market, not easy. But from our first phone call Felicia was on top of it. She guided us through the process quickly and efficiently and was always knowledgeable and patient. Outrageous competition, tight deadlines, uncooperative title companies, us being on vacation right before closing....she took everything in stride and made the best of it. I'm convinced its magic. My wife and I were referred to Felicia by a friend of ours/former client of hers. We were first-time home buyers in Dublin/Hilliard area in summer 2021 – not the easiest market for buyers! Felicia took all this in stride and guided us through the process with enthusiasm, professionalism, and optimism. We never felt pressured into looking at or making offers on houses and condos that we didn't absolutely love.

Thanks to her quick action, we were able to make an offer on a great house on the afternoon it was set to close with another buyer. "We got lucky" doesn't quite cover it when you have a great agent backing you up. At no point did we have a "waiting on Felicia" moment – if anything, her diligence and punctuality ran circles around the selling parties. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart, and were her #1 priority (even with other clients and moving/selling her own property).

I heartily recommend Felicia to first-time buyers because she will be a positive, guiding partner in an unfamiliar process, and for her wealth of contacts (mortgage brokers, contractors, etc.). I hope she's available in the future if my wife and I need to sell our current house.

First, let me start off by how I found Felicia as a real estate agent. My extended family had an awesome experience not only at selling their current home but also buying another home at the same time about 2 years ago....TALK ABOUT STRESS for my family or any family trying to do both. However, Felicia had a way to take all if not most of the stress away and did her due diligence to find them a home to buy at the same time. My family kept talking about her and their positive experience and to this day still has a connection with her. So I thought I would reach out to her to find my next home.

The first time I talked and met with Felicia I felt like I knew her all my life. She is so down to earth, easy to talk with but also very professional and knowledgeable about Columbus and the surrounding areas. She listens to what you want and points you in the right direction! If you don't like that direction she will find another one. She finds what fits for you and your family on so many levels. Whether it is a certain school, area/sub division, finances etc, she will do her due diligence to find what your looking for and will help in anyway possible.

There are not enough positive descriptions in the dictionary nor thesaurus to express how I feel about Felicia as a real estate agent and human being! She is an awesome person and very knowledgeable at what she does. I think what sets her apart from other real estate agents is what you see is what you get! She makes you feel like family which made me feel safe and at ease when going through a stressful situation of buying a home. She has a way to personally connect with you at the same time. Felicia is outstanding. As a family we had pretty high expectations and Felicia met and exceeded our expectations along the way. We looked for over a year and Felicia never once made us feel rushed to jump into anything. She always made herself available, as if we were a top priority at all times.
