Fernando Gutierrez's passion is helping others, particularly through Real Estate, whether it's helping his client find their dream home or building wealth through real estate. As a Ventura County native, and a seasoned real estate professional, he acknowledges and values the trust his clients place in him and he strives to exceed their expectations.

As a Realtor, his priority is to make his clients happy, listen to his clients' real estate needs to achieve the best outcome out of every situation. Buying or selling a home can be complex and overwhelming that's why he strives to ensure that the homeownership process is easy, and stress-free for his clients.

Prior to entering real estate, he attended Cal State University Northridge and received his Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Outside of Real Estate he is a proud father of three beautiful children, Nazaire, Anthony, and Mateo. Being a good father, realtor, and friend are the only things that make him feel successful.
