About Florence

From growing up on a farm in Northern California to being a tenant in Nevada and Baltimore (MD), a homeowner in Oregon to relocating to Nampa (then Star, ID) and building a home life with her husband, Flo has been in a variety of living circumstances and experienced life and culture in many places around the world. She understands that an individual's first encounter with real estate, be it as a tenant, buyer, seller, or investor will have a long lasting impact. Flo’s life experience and education, coupled with firsthand experiences in real estate and culture prior to becoming a Realtor® have allowed her to better understand the needs of her clients. Of particular importance is the value of open and prompt communication.

When she is not helping clients find a place to call home, Flo volunteers in the local community at food banks, within her neighborhood Homeowners Association and by helping non profit organizations as a Development Liaison. Occasionally you may catch her attending fundraising events for organizations like Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, ALS (Lou Gehrigs) Association, and various groups that support the community arts.

Flo was such a great advocate for us in the sale of our home. She bent over backwards to deal with any situation that arose, and she always had a smile! She did such a great job that were now referring her to friends and family!

Flo was amazing to work with!! She wasn't even our realtor, she was our buyers realtor and she helped us, the sellers, every step of the way. She was very professional, and did above and beyond what I expected. She brought me boxes, would constantly check in on how we were doing in such a kind way, was very informative, had so many connections, always quick at responding and was very accommodating to our schedule, and even got us very thoughtful gifts at closing. She was such a joy to work with and very good at her job, I absolutely recommend her!
