Foodie is a fantastic agent! We just closed on our house Friday, and between the time we met until we closed, he was right beside us. He was always available, always picked up the phone, and genuinely wanted to find us the right house. He made the process seamless, is very knowledgeable, and was a great asset in a tough market. Foodie Vaziri is a true professional that went above and beyond all of our expectations with the sale of our home. He is a seasoned realtor who is honest, trustworthy, sincere, respectful, organized, a skilled communicator and a calming voice. Not only did he handle the sale of our home, he also lent a hand with some tricky packing, selling our used furniture and removed broken tree branches in our yard after a late Spring snowstorm while we were out of town. Foodie was wonderful to work with. I started the home shopping process from out of state and Foodie was in constant contact the whole time. He made sure he understood what I wanted in a property and set me up with a customized search. Foodie was quick to respond to requests to view properties and there were several times where he went out the same day. Because I was out of state for most of the process, Foodie conducted video showings with me and he would point out important things that I may not have been able to discern via video chat. He also went above and beyond by walking around the surrounding area and showing me the environment that the property was in. I normally distrust salesmen, but Foodie won my trust. He did not seem in a rush at all to close if the property was not a good fit for me. There were several properties that I was interested in that were actually not going to be a good fit, so Foodie made sure I took the negative factors into consideration, even if it costed him a quicker closing. Some examples of the things he pointed out are: bad HOA (sidewalks and parking lot in disrepair), crime levels, road noise, lighting (I like natural light), school district, and seller conditions (special warranty deed, rent back, etc.). When it came time to submit an offer, Foodie was quick to get me the information necessary to make a competitive bid. He also did not push me to go over the budget I had set or waive contingencies. While under contract, he was in constant contact with both sides of the sale to insure I had situational awareness and that I was still happy with the property.

I truly believe that Foodie is there to help buyers get a property that will make them happy and works hard to make that happen. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or family that are in the market.

Foodie was amazing to work with! He was so helpful throughout the entire process of house hunting. He stayed in constant communication with us about the property that we put an offer in on and even helped us navigate tough situations. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about real estate, but he also offered a ton of great suggestions on how to renovate the properties if we didn’t like something about them. Foodie is an amazing guy, 10/10 would recommend. He helped us get a great home in a crazy market.

Kentwood’s real estate agents are the absolute best in the business. Our experience with Foodie is unmatched to an extremely oversaturated business. With a highly competitive market sometimes it was difficult for us to out bid insane dollar amounts just to get a house. Foodie provided so many different avenues to succeed and still be competitive that I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that I was able to be a first time homebuyer in this 2022 market. Foodie, thank you for your energy. Thank you for your motivation. Thank you for being new school but more importantly old school and picked up the phone to get in listing agents business to get us a house (really the only reason we even got a house!) Foodie is part of our family now and we definitely feel a part of his!

I worked with Foodie on finding my first home and I would recommend him to anyone! Whether your first or 15th home, Foodie will quickly get to know what you want and what you don't want and find several suitable properties! He was always available for my questions and helped me understand every step in the home purchasing process. His knowledge of the industry is unmatched. His negotiating is amazing. Foodie was able to write an offer that the sellers accepted even with other offers on the table that were offering more! This is unheard of right now in the Aurora, CO market, but yet Foodie was able to make it happen. I will absolutely work with him in the future. Now that I am in the new home, Foodie is still there to ensure the house is perfect and he has a list of resources available should you need any repairs or upgrading performed. You will NOT regret working with him! I guarantee that.
