Born and bred in San Jose, Frances Coleman realized her passion for real estate at a youthful age. Even now, her best friend, whom she met in second grade, loves to remind her about how throughout their childhood, Frances often talked about how much she wanted to become a mom and sell houses someday. Now, she excels at both.
Frances began her career working in various business-related industries, such as health, technology, and medicine. While she persisted in business, she thrived on the opportunities to interact with diverse groups of people. To this day, Frances attributes her affinity for real estate in part to her ability to relate to others. She uses her keen people skills to draw her clients out, put them at ease, listen to their stories, and help them make appropriate decisions about their futures.
But if there is anything Frances loves more than talking to people, it’s talking to people about houses. From simple decor to major construction overhauls, she delights in sharing her knowledge and design suggestions with her real estate clientele. And her desire to help her clients find their home — not just a house, but a real home — prompts her to assist her customers with the more personal aspects of homeownership.
While she has earned her professional reputation as a realtor, Frances has another reputation she is equally proud of, given to her by her husband and children: “Best mom ever.” She and her daughter belong to the National Charity League, where Frances is vice president of Provisionals. In her spare time, Frances enjoys traveling, watching movies, and going out to eat with her husband and their son, who is about to head off to college. She also never misses a chance to cook, bake, exercise, read, volunteer, or gather with friends.
