Frank is born, raised, attended private Oakland Schools and resides in the community. Graduate of California State University, Hayward. Degree in Real Estate Management/Finance. Licensed Real Estate Broker and member of National Association of Realtors as well as the California Association of Realtors and member of Bridge Association of Realtors. Out of college he joined Wells & Bennett Realtors in 1985. Becoming the youngest company Realtor hired. From 1985 to 2024 Frank was a top producer. During his tenor he held the positions of Office Sales Manager, R.E.O. Director, Relocation Director, and a property manager. In 2024 Frank moved away from W&B Realtors to open his own real estate business in El Cerrito. His passion of aviation at a young age pushed him to obtain his Private Pilot license at age 20. During college he became interested real estate development and investing in real estate. Frank's personal business philosophy is his belief in building business relationships with clients to make transactions happen rapidly and successfully.
