Franklin Burris brings over twenty years of experience in community and economic development from both the public (government) and private sectors in real estate and development. As Manager of Development Services for one of the Sacramento Region's most successful commercial developers, he was responsible for project management and government relations for over $220 million in investment and over 900,000 square feet of development. He has also consulted for other builders and developers on reuse, entitlements & due diligence, and project feasibility on over 1,100,000 sq ft of project experience in Northern California.
