I can say Fred as a person and as an agent will go above and beyond to help you with your buy/sell. He will hands on walk you through the process with honesty, diligence and professionalism.

I personally have to thank him for helping me deal with a property manager that was taking advantage of me. Fred went out of his way to help me resolve the situation so I could move forward with the sell of my unit. I first used his services in 2019 when I purchased my first investment property and now again he is helping with the sell even tho is was more complex than expected. He was able to guide me and advise me on the best course of action.
