Fred Dodds

Fred moved to Boulder from Ohio in January of 1973. He and Elizabeth have one grown daughter. They now make their home in North Boulder after living in the mountains outside Boulder for many years. He graduated from Kent State University in 1970, came to Boulder working as a carpenter, and moved on to be a contractor in both new construction and remodeling. Fred entered sales in the field of interior finishes, and then onto sales and design of solar and energy conservation systems. Understanding homes from the ground up, as well as an eye for aesthetics, has been invaluable in helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

Recently, Fred built a home in Costa Rica on the South Pacific Coast. He helped to develop a forward-thinking, ecologically restricted development in the rainforest. This is one of the few such subdivisions in the entire country.

In 1984, Fred began his real estate career and joined WK Real Estate. It has been a great association, highlighted by recognition as WK Real Estate's Top Producer three times, as well as consistently being among the company's production leaders. He also has earned the designation of Certified Residential Specialist, shared by only 5% of all REALTORS® nationally.
